 PAYMENT OPTIONS
The procedures at the Millennium Park Eye Center are competitively priced and all-inclusive, covering all post-operative visits and enhancements for one year. The type of refractive surgery you qualify for will determine the cost of the procedure. Payment for elective procedures is due in full 48 hours before the time of service.
At the Millennium Park Eye Center there is a $100 fee for a Laser Vision Correction Evaluation. This is an extensive evaluation that will take several hours to complete. If you are a candidate for treatment, the evaluation fee will be applied toward the cost of the procedure.

Flexible Spending Account
